Studios are led by a range of teachers. Some offerings are taught by Chara's founder; many are led by visiting or guest teachers whose work aligns with the ethos of this place.
The studio's identity is shaped by quality of teaching, not a single method or personality. Virtual and in-person offerings both have a place here.
Studios welcome beginners, experienced practitioners, and people returning after time away.
"What unifies the work is attention to craft, respect for the learner, and the belief that creative skills can be taught - not just caught."
